WHAT IS FLUX THERAPY?

Our unique approach to the human body has given our clients consistent results with their pain since opening in 2018. At Flux Therapy we use a variety of soft tissue release techniques, coupled with a treatment protocol centred around correcting bodily disfunction’s to achieve longer lasting physical improvement.

FLUX THERAPY IS STRUCTURED AROUND THREE KEY COMPONENTS

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

At Flux therapy we apply a range of soft tissue techniques, whether that be

- Myofascial Release - Trigger Point Therapy - Dry Needling - Myofascial Cupping - Chiropractic Adjustment

We use these to help reduce your pain by releasing specific areas of tension, while also strategically releasing your muscles in sequence to balance your body as a whole giving you better lasting relief from your pain.

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

Basic movements that allow us all to effectively function day to day are often performed incorrectly or in a way that over time can put strain on our body. There can be a number of reasons for this, however correcting basic movement functions are the second step to a life with reduced pain.

REHAB & TRAINING

At Flux therapy, it is our hope that we see you as infrequently as possible! In order to achieve this, it is important that clients look after themselves with rehab or physical training outside the clinic, therefore appropriate exercises will be proscribed in order to do so.

Our bodies are in a constant state of Flux. We a forever adapting to our chosen environment, whether that be our training, our hobbies, our competitive sports, our jobs, or our sofas as we delve bravely into our fourth straight hour of Netflix.

At Flux Therapy we use a variety of soft tissue release techniques and use a treatment protocol centred around correcting postural imbalances to achieve long lasting results.
